We're anticipating the day that a type family is named after Luke. It's more than just his amazing typography, design and ideation skills that led us to scoop him up. He isn't a "yes" man. He pushes back subtly and will also stand on the table and scream bloody heck. We appreciate his judgment and are inspired by his thinking. He's not just good, he's fast. And to those "yesterday" deadlines, he says, "watch this."

The thing that most impressed us about Luke was his unwavering patience and ability to solve and fix just about anything. Literally, from client design challenges to hanging the office shelves perfectly straight, Luke, in two words, is "the man" (note: he is, in fact, the only man). His hipster style keeps the office edgy and his self-designed tattoos inspire us. Now if only this musician had a sense of smell, the rest of us would stop moaning from all of the popcorn he burns.
